Our History
Netbriar was originally organized by Jeff Bewley as the Internet Security and Network
Infrastructure division of Sequoyah Technologies
in May of 2000.
On June 1, 2002, Jeff Bewley and Jarred Shaw completed the purchase of this
group from Sequoyah Technologies and began operations as Netbriar, LLC.
Who we are
Netbriar is a small, service-oriented security and availablity company. We
focus on expertise, not sheer numbers, and have shared expertise in securing
nearly every discipline of information technology management.
Managing Partners
Jeff Bewley has over ten years experience
in information security, networking, and systems administration. Jeff has extensive experience with
a wide variety of technologies, and is a frequent participant in the FBI/
InfraGard White Hat vs. Black Hat Hacker Panels
at regional ITEC events. Jeff has been featured in the
Tulsa World, and is a frequent speaker at regional
security conferences.
Jarred Shaw has extensive experience with Internet
applications, relational database, ERP, networking, and systems security. Jarred's ten-plus
years working with a variety of technologies, and particularly his last three years automating the
testing of Internet applications and relational databases, give him a great deal of expertise
in application and database security.
